Doo Chang Wei, Jason

On completion of his studies, Mr. Jason Doo started his career as a property agent primarily focusing on the Secondary Market.  His endeavors and successes in closing transactions within 7 years span were highly commended by his peers and raised the industry achievement standard to be emulated.

Mr. Doo's exposure to project development launch, sales and marketing was during his employment with Promercial Corporation Sdn Bhd, a company that specializes in development launches and sales.

From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Doo joined S.W. Realty as a Senior Negotiator.  His in-depth experience and understanding of the property market motivated him to implement his pioneering marketing method in S.W. Realty.  In a short time, his revolutionary market method propelled S.W. Realty to a renowned real estate agency.

To date, Mr. Doo has achieved of remarkable track record of successes in the Secondary Market & Project Sale Launches on top of the revolutionary and pioneering marketing delivery systems he implemented to great success.

Presently, Mr. Doo is a registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraiser and Estate Agents, Registration Number E- 2041, another milestone achievement of his career.

Mr. Doo has an endless list of successfully soldout projects undertaken by him.

Lee Sook Tieng, Cecelia

Ms. Cecelia Lee joined  Realty Sdn Bhd since 2003 in line and pursuance to the corporate structuring exercise to recruit industry top performers, synergically working together to achieving the company’s vision to reaching and servicing a wider customer base in the Klang Valley.

Ms. Lee endeavors and successes in the property industry spanned a period of 10 years that she has established herself and widely known by her peers as a performance leader.  Her signatory successes are primarily in the secondary market.

In addition to her registration as an Estate Agent, she holds a Diploma in Accounting with many years of accounting work experience that shall contribute invaluably to the company.

Sow Ah Long, Zach

Mr. Zach Sow, a registered Estate Agent (E-1875) is currently appointed as the Residence Manager for the Cheras branch. 

He has a profiling work history with his former attachments to several established property agencies in the Klang Valley of different management background.  He has exhibited his capability to working independently and popularly known for his hands-on field leadership. 

He also holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Singapore Polytechnic).
